AH!

i miss this so much guys.

my weight has gone all kinds of crazy since i stopped.

i actually dropped weight once i stopped working out, but i’m so….

soft?
i dunno.
i moved back home and stopped having a place to work out, stopped having a  bunch of places i wanted to hang out at within biking distance and basically stopped exercising.

BUT,

my job now requires that i stand for like, 5-6 hours a day, and i work almost every night.
i work in one of the most amazing restaurants in the world, and with the most fantastic people.

i’m just so excited but…this is missing!
hopefully in march i’ll be moving into my new place and i’ll be back on the health grind!
i’m definitely going to start being more conscious about what i’m eating - i’ve been pretty horrific lately!

Doing more activist stuff now.

I went veggie and I’m really busy with Occupations and activism and school so, my exercise is biking EVERYWHERE.
I have no car in Houston…BIG deal. Each ride to get somewhere is about 30 minutes.
So, i get at least 30 minutes of cardio a day.

I miss you guys so much :(
Sorry i bailed after summer!! <3

Biked

over 40 miles in the past two days.
college is crazy, just sayin’

Also, counting calories IS OVER.

I am DONE with that.

I hate every minute of it, i’m just trying to learn my portions, chill out, and be healthy.

This obsessive need to conform to societies standard of beauty is ridiculous. Not to mention, human standards of beauty are SO fucking far off from societies…which is weird cause humanity SHOULD be society.

Yea… I am also now a vegetarian.
Updizzatess.

ALSO

i’m going to NYC for the 10th anniversary of 9/11.

i am really excited but, you know, only excited as is appropriate for such an awful tragedy. i’m excited to be a part of history and be there and pay my respects rather than like, OHMAGAD SOO FUUUN…

but, yea.

if anyone is in NYC between the 6th and the 12th and have questions, come out and be a part of this.

i’m going to be bringing a bunch of organic trail mixes in order to survive hah…money is worth nooothing in new york :(

any tips on survival, btw?

my life right now:

bikebikeboybikeschoolschoolboyschoolbikesboychoolfoodschoolbikedrinkdrinkdrinkdrinkschoolbike STRESS bikebikemusic.

all this thrown in the mix with waaaayyy more political activism.

which i am so proud of and happy to be doing.

finally feel like my life has a solid direction that is productive and helpful.

idk…i love this.

i hate school but…yea.

sweet baby jesus i am TIRED.

Tired of lugging a jug of water with you every time you hit the gym? It’s certainly important to stay hydrated during tough workouts or long practices, but drinking quarts of water every day can become irksome.

Fortunately, fruits and vegetables can supply much of the water athletes…
