I think we need to learn how to love ourselves, and that comes with accepting that we are not perfect, but loving ourselves and appreciating ourselves regardless. You are allowed! In fact, you deserve it.

Extra healthy smoothie!
-Blueberries (handful or so)
-Half a Banana
- 3-5 Strawberries
- Silk low fat soymilk
BLEND DAT HOE.
calories: silk if you use 1 cup is 70 cals, i used less so i’m going to with about 50
banana: 50 for half
strawberries and blueberries probably 30-40
that’s 140-150 calories tops, and it’s packed full of nutrients, some protein from the soymilk, vitamins and it.is.delicious!
Also, it’s only that many if you have all of it, the cup in the photo is about half!
i couldn’t even tell there wasn’t real milk in it :)
Made this crazy fruit salad!
- 4 Kumquats
- 1 Fuji apple
- 6 Strawberries (give or take, doesn’t matter)
- White grapes
- Lemon juice
THAT’S IT.
And can I toot my own horn…it’s pretty freakin’ tasty.

I AM SO ESSITED.
Weighed in this morning after a little less than a week of healthy eating and working out. 30lbs body fat (from 33) 21%, 57lbs water weight (from 55) which I guess means I lost more than one pound :D Should be losing about 2lbs a week so…LESSDOETT!!
zuchini two ways!
-three zuchini -olive oil salt and lemon -goats cheese (optional) -proscuitto (optional)
grill two of the zuchini and dress with a capful of olive oil and salt, and balsamic vinegar if you’d like. Grate the third and dress with lemon juice and salt. Crumble the cheese onto it and mix in the proscuitto if you’re adding that. Enjoy with some bread or crackers if you’d like!
ingredients
spinach leaves
one peach
one carrot
half a cucumber
one egg
juice of one lemon
Cut the cucumber, carrot and peach up into rounds, and mix them with the spinach leaves.
Next, bring some water to a boil, and crack the egg in, be very gentle and nudge the water towards the egg to make a little pouch of yolk surrounded by white (look up how to poach eggs for extra help!) then pop the egg on top of the salad.
The dressing is the juice of one lemon, pepper and salt to taste, and some olive oil (it’s up tp you!).
When you cut into the egg the yolk joins the lemon and olive oil and makes a creamy but very healthy, nutritious dressing instead of fatty ranch and other such toppings. Not to mention you get great protein!
